Canoeing on the beautiful Maquoketa River is one of the hidden treasures of Camp Shalom. It's an opportunity to peacefully explore the beauty of God’s creation and enjoy the "time and place apart" with friends.

Please note, Minis, Explorers, and Village campers do not canoe as they generally are not physically mature enough to navigate watercraft.

Camp Shalom has the equipment to outfit groups of approximately 25 people.

Canoe rental fee varies according to group size and availability.
