NATALIE SCHEERS - PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Natalie has been coming to Camp Shalom since she was an Outpost camper. After being an Assistant Counselor for a summer, she came back to be on summer staff as ropes team, a counselor, mini coordinator, and wore many different hats throughout the four years. In the fall of 2023, Natalie joined full time as our Program Director and she cannot wait to share the joy that Camp Shalom brings with the campers, staff, and families.

DWAYNE HEINRICH - MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
Dwayne has been around Camp Shalom for more than 15 years as the Maintenance Director. Dwayne takes great pride in the appearance of camp and puts in many hours on a mower to keep it beautiful. He is responsible for camp maintenance and heads up construction projects. Over the years Dwayne has become an expert on snapping turtle, snake and mouse removal. Outside of camp, Dwayne enjoys camping with his wife, kids and grandkids. He is also a skilled wood carver.
